Deuteronomy 28:39-41

The Voice

³⁹ You’ll plant vineyards and tend them, but you won’t drink any wine or collect any grapes because worms will eat them. ⁴⁰ You’ll have olive trees throughout your territory, but you won’t anoint yourself with oil because the trees will be diseased and the olives will drop off before they ripen. ⁴¹ You’ll still have children, but they won’t stay with you; they’ll be taken into captivity.
